This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
GoldenMena is a consulting and delivery firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Commercial Registration 7054884056. For anything in this notice, write to info@goldenmena.sa.
We collect personal data only when you give it to us. That is the contact form on this site, which asks for your name, your company, your email address, a phone number or messaging ID if you choose to give one, the area you are asking about, how you would like us to reply, and whatever you write in the message field.
We also receive ordinary usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type — through Google Analytics, and your IP address reaches Google when your browser loads the fonts this site uses.
To answer you, to prepare the assessment note or the priced offer you asked for, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with anyone outside the work you asked for, and we do not use it for advertising.
You send us your details so that we will get back to you: your consent, and the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. You can withdraw consent at any time, and we will stop processing your data unless a law requires us to keep it.
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the platform that hosts this site, and are forwarded to our own email. Analytics data is processed by Google. Both operate outside Saudi Arabia, so submitting the form involves a transfer of your data abroad.
For as long as the enquiry and any work that follows from it need it, and then only for as long as we are required to keep business records. After that it is deleted.
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access a copy of it, to ask that it be corrected, and to ask that it be destroyed. To exercise any of these, write to info@goldenmena.sa. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may raise the matter with the competent supervisory authority in the Kingdom.
This site does not set advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits and see which pages are read; you can block them in your browser or with a browser extension without losing any of the site's content.
